Meet Our Staff

Jerry Lorenz is the Senior Agent and Owner of Kettle Moraine Agency, a veteran-owned independent insurance brokerage. He has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, including time with major providers such as Liberty Mutual, MetLife, and AAA.  In October 2021, he founded Kettle Moraine Agency with the goal of providing clients with personalized service and dependable insurance solutions.

Jerry’s extensive industry experience allows him to help customers find affordable coverage while ensuring they have the proper protection for their autos, homes, lives, and businesses. He is committed to building long-term relationships with clients by offering honest guidance and tailored insurance options.

Outside of work, Jerry enjoys hunting, fishing, playing poker and biking.  As a car and music enthusiast, he also spends much of the summer attending car shows and music festivals.

Natalie is the Office Manager at Kettle Moraine Agency, where she has been a dedicated member of the team for over three years. After 16 years as a stay-at-home mom, Natalie returned to the workforce in October 2022 as a Customer Service Representative. In that role, she assisted clients with policy changes, answered coverage questions, provided quotes for new and existing customers, and supported daily office operations.

Natalie recently transitioned into the Office Manager position, where she helps oversee office operations and supports the hiring process as the agency continues to grow. She also monitors workloads for both agents and customer service representatives, while remaining actively involved in client service. Natalie continues to assist customers in person and over the phone with policy questions, billing concerns, and helping them find the right coverage while keeping costs as manageable as possible.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys sewing handbags and purses, gardening, and traveling with her family whenever she has the opportunity.

Desiree brings a diverse background in customer service and management to the team. Prior to joining the agency, she worked as a leasing agent at an apartment complex and spent eight years as a manager at Massage Envy, where she developed strong leadership and client service skills.

Known for her empathy, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and communication skills, Desiree is currently responsible for quoting policies for clients and assisting with office phone support. She is also in school working toward obtaining her official insurance license and is excited to continue growing her professional skill set within the industry.

With a laid-back and playful personality, Desiree enjoys keeping things lighthearted and making others laugh. Outside of work, she enjoys gaming and reading, as well as attending music festivals and shows during the summer. When possible, she also loves traveling and exploring new places.

Aiden Hendrix works in Sales, where he helps clients find the right coverage for their personal belongings without overpaying. He spends his time comparing multiple carriers, building customized quotes, and walking clients through their options so they feel confident in their decisions.

Aiden graduated from WCTC with an associate degree in Marketing and brings a strong customer-focused approach to every interaction. When he’s not working, you can find him at the gym, out fishing or boating, or watching sports. A fun fact about Aiden—he played travel baseball for 12 years and competed across the country.

Sarah Lorenz is the social media manager in the office. Her job is to design advertisements to put on Facebook, Instagram, and sometimes LinkedIn. She is currently in school at Moraine Park Technical College for an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design. She has about 3-4 years experience doing graphic design, for school, personal, and for her church.

Sarah is the daughter of Natalie, and niece to Jerry Lorenz. She works part time when she’s not at school.

Her hobbies include graphic design, drawing, making jewelry, arts and crafts, and playing games/hanging out with her friends. She’s laid back and just likes to have fun. She also enjoys music, and goes to concerts sometimes when she is able to.
