Natalie is the Office Manager at Kettle Moraine Agency, where she has been a dedicated member of the team for over three years. After 16 years as a stay-at-home mom, Natalie returned to the workforce in October 2022 as a Customer Service Representative. In that role, she assisted clients with policy changes, answered coverage questions, provided quotes for new and existing customers, and supported daily office operations.
Natalie recently transitioned into the Office Manager position, where she helps oversee office operations and supports the hiring process as the agency continues to grow. She also monitors workloads for both agents and customer service representatives, while remaining actively involved in client service. Natalie continues to assist customers in person and over the phone with policy questions, billing concerns, and helping them find the right coverage while keeping costs as manageable as possible.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys sewing handbags and purses, gardening, and traveling with her family whenever she has the opportunity.
